Thomas M. Rizzo

Mr. Rizzo has specialized in all types of civil litigation for more than 36 years. In recent years, the focus of his practice has been insurance defense. His particular specialty is assisting insurance companies in investigating and defending fraudulent insurance claims; this work includes both first- and third-party no-fault cases. Mr. Rizzo’s practice is statewide and he has appeared in most Michigan counties and circuit courts. Mr. Rizzo has extensive trial experience and has tried over 150 civil and jury trials. He is a true trial attorney and is often retained by clients simply for that purpose: to try their case before a jury.
